If you haven’t sold a home before, keep in mind that I work on contingency. I don’t get paid by the hour. I don’t get reimbursed by my brokerage for expenses like gas, clothing, advertising, staging, photography, and anything else you can think of related to listing your home. On average I spend, at a bare minimum, almost $2000 as soon as I list your home. My goals is to sell your home and meet your goals. If I fail there is not one going to compensate me for my expenses. That is my commitment to you.
